HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE?

In the unlikely event of Customer Care being unable to satisfy your request immediately, LITTLE JOE BY GAIL ELLIOTT will endeavour to respond as soon as the issue has been thoroughly investigated.


HOW DO I FIND A SPECIFIC ITEM?

Our e-store is designed to search by Name and Description of garment.  For example, if you select a category such as  ‘blouse,’ ‘dress’, ‘top’, your search will bring up all the styles with that word written in the name or description.  Many of our descriptions include sleeve type, i.e. ‘sleeveless’; ‘short sleeve’; ‘cap sleeve’ etc. Our descriptions also include fabric content.  


DOES LITTLE JOE BY GAIL ELLIOTT HAVE SEASONAL SALES?

LITTLE JOE BY GAIL ELLIOTT like offline shops offers seasonal sales, and there is a link to the SALE page on the on LITTLE JOE BY GAIL ELLIOTT home page.  Please note LITTLE JOE BY GAIL ELLIOTT cannot guarantee that its prices will be equivalent or equal to offline boutiques when they go on sale. Also, due to the exclusive nature of our stock, we can’t guarantee that an item will still be available for the purchase late in the season.


HOW DO I KNOW IT WILL FIT?

Please refer to our sizing chart, which is shown with every style in the shopping section. The sizing chart is located in the ‘help’ section located at the bottom of the right hand side column. If you need further information on the fit of a garment please email customercare@LittleJoeNY.com

Should you be unhappy with the fit of a particular purchase you can return the item, or exchange it for a different size. Please follow the instructions listed under returns.


HOW DO I KNOW WHAT IS IN STOCK?

All items shown are in stock, unless they no longer appear on the site. From time to time items that have not yet arrived in stock will be available to advance purchase. Please be aware that even if the product is in your shopping bar it isn’t reserved and can be bought by another customer while you are browsing.

HOW WILL I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This however does not mean we have accepted your order. Once your credit card has been approved, your order is considered  ‘accepted’ and the item will be shipped.


WHAT IF I LIVE IN A COUNTRY THAT THAT IS NOT LISTED IN THE LITTLE JOE BY GAIL ELLIOTT WEBSITE?

Almost no matter where you are, we can ship products to you.

DOES LITTLE JOE BY GAIL ELLIOTT SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES?

Due to shipping restrictions, unless there is a reception agent present at the PO Box during business hours, customers with PO Boxes will need to arrange for an alternate physical delivery address. You must provide us with an address where our delivery service can obtain a signature upon delivery of your shipment. Please provide us with a correct delivery address upon ordering.


DOES LITTLE JOE BY GAIL ELLIOTT SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

During the checkout process, you will be asked to select the shipping address for your order. At this time, you can ship your online order to only one location. We realize that your order may include gifts that require shipping to several different locations. To do this you will be required to place separate orders for each address you wish to ship to. Should you require assistance to do this you can contact our Customer Care representatives who will gladly handle your order request.

HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER?

We offer delivery to more than 100 countries around the world  and endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, however, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery as external factors may cause delays.

In calculating when your order will arrive, start with the day in which both these prerequisites have been met and count only business days thereafter.


HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING?

Shipping costs will be calculated depending on the size, weight and destination of your package.

The following table is a good indication of shipping costs; actual costs depend on the size and weight configuration of the merchandise purchased.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Australian Customers
You can check the current status of your shipment by typing the unique tracking number we e-mail to you and visiting http://ice.auspost.com.au/.    Here you can enter your tracking number and the site will indicate where your order is in transit.

Customers outside of Australia
For international shipments our agent auspost shares tracking numbers with local postal services in the United Kingdom, Canada, United States and other nations.

This allows our customers to track their shipment either on the auspost website, http://ice.auspost.com.au/.  or utilize the same tracking number  provided by LITTLE JOE BY GAIL ELLIOTT  to track with your local service.

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

Please be assured that we consider all the information you share with us totally private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent. For details please read the LITTLE JOE BY GAIL ELLIOTT Privacy Policy. In order to register as a user at LITTLE JOE BY GAIL ELLIOTT, we will need to know your name, mailing address and e-mail address. In order to process credit card orders online, we will also need information including your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number, CCV 3 digit code from you credit card and expiration date. We will use your billing and credit card information to process your order and inform you of its delivery. Please note that LITTLE JOE BY GAIL ELLIOTT does not keep your credit card details on the LITTLE JOE BY GAIL ELLIOTT website, and these details are therefore protected from any breach of security at the LITTLE JOE BY GAIL ELLIOTT website. LITTLE JOE BY GAIL ELLIOTT will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year. Please note that for your security only a record of your transaction is kept on the LITTLE JOE BY GAIL ELLIOTT website; your credit card details are not hold on the website.


HOW CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE THE GOODS?

Orders will be delivered beautifully wrapped in our signature gift boxes.


IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?

LITTLE JOE BY GAIL ELLIOTT has arranged that all merchandise in transit from LITTLE JOE BY GAIL ELLIOTT to the delivery address be insured against theft and accidental damage, at no cost to the customer. Once the merchandise has been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, the merchandise is no longer covered by insurance.


WILL THERE BE ADDITIONAL DUTIES OR TAXES PAYABLE ON MY PURCHASE?

Australian Customers: All duties and taxes are included in orders delivered within Australia.

Customers outside AustraliaThe total invoice generated during the purchase process DOES NOT includes all taxes and duties for the merchandise to be delivered to any address outside of Australia.  You will be contacted in most cases by your local shipping agent/authority to pay these fees before/or at the time of collecting your purchase.


WHAT IS THE TOTAL AMOUNT I SHOULD EXPECT TO PAY AS A CUSTOMER OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA IN DUTIES AND TAXES?

If you are a customer outside of Australia, import duties may be levied by the country to which you are shipping.  Due to the complexity of calculating duties/taxes to over 100 different countries LITTLE JOE BY GAIL ELLIOTT is not able to give customers estimates of local custom duties/taxes to your port of delivery.
Your local government/customs agent should be able to provide this information.


WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

If an item you are interested in is out of stock please email customercare@LittleJoeNY.com to inform us of your interest. Customer care will be happy to advise you if there is a waiting list for the piece you want to buy.
