Making a purchase is easy. Just follow these simple steps:
- Click on the E- SHOP header found on our home page.
- From our country selection select the country where the product will be billed and shipped, in most cases this will be the country where you reside.
- Click on the season you are interested in viewing. I.e. Winter Wonderland etc.
- All the styles that are available to buy from that particular season will be shown as thumbnail images.
- Click on the image to access the individual item’s product page where you will be given information on sizing, colour options, etc.
- Add merchandise to your shopping bag by clicking on the ‘add to cart’ button near the desired item.

- Review the items you have chosen in your shopping bag. To delete an item from your shopping bag, click on the 'Remove item' button below to the item. To change the number of items, change the quantity, and then click on 'update qty.'
- Please be aware that when the item is in your shopping bag another customer can still purchase it.
- Proceed to 'checkout' to finalise your purchases and follow the instructions.
- Email will follow confirming your order has been received. This is not an order confirmation.
- A second email will follow stating order was processed, credit card has been successfully charged and a tracking number will be given. This is the official order confirmation.

The purchase of merchandise through Little Joe Pty Ltd is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Site in accordance with applicable laws both national in terms of local applicable laws and in international law.
In order to make purchases through the Site you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. In particular, customers must provide their real names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the Little Joe Pty Ltd terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to Little Joe Pty Ltd, whose applications are acceptable to Little Joe Pty Ltd and who have authorised Little Joe Pty Ltd to process a charge or charges on their credit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase (see payment). Purchases made on the site are for the personal or gift use of the buyer only and are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. Little Joe Pty Ltd reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
Moreover, by making an offer to purchase merchandise, you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks and, where Little Joe Pty Ltd feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your credit-card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
LITTLE JOE PTY LTD offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from Sydney, Australia.
Prices shown on the site are in Australian Dollars, American Dollars and United Kingdom pounds. Australian Prices are inclusive of GST. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time.
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order.
Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Little Joe Pty Ltd will be perfected when we dispatch the goods to you. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Sydney, Australia and the language of the contract is International.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out above.
Furthermore, we may refuse the process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not except provided by any applicable national or international law governing this transaction be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Payment can be made by Visa and MasterCard. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by Little Joe Pty Ltd and confirmation that the credit card that is being used is yours. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Little Joe Pty Ltd, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We take all reasonable care to make our Site as secure as we can make it. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. At Little Joe Pty Ltd we do not hold your credit card details on the website or our customer database.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure Little Joe Pty Ltd uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the bottom of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration. Little Joe Pty Ltd does not warrant the functionality of SSL.
Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss whatsoever you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
Little Joe Pty Ltd insures limited purchases during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
Little Joe Pty Ltd will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year. Please note that for your security only a record of your transaction is kept on the Little Joe Pty Ltd web site, your credit card details are not held on the Web site.
RETURNS PROCEDURE & CONDITIONS
- Full priced items can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange (different size or colour only).
- PLEASE NOTE: We offer free returns and exchanges on full priced Little Joe items within Australia.
- PLEASE NOTE: All returns must meet the following five conditions.
1. Only Items that are purchased at full price or not discounted at any percentage rate are considered to be items that can be returned. In other words any items bought at a discounted or ‘sale’ price cannot be returned and are considered as final sale items.
2.
All
items for return or exchange must have a Return Authorisation (RA) number. The
RA number should be written clearly on:
a)
A copy of your invoice, enclosed with your returned item.
b) On the
package/box containing the item Please note any returns/exchanges without RA
# will be returned to sender.
All returns for any particular order
need to be returned in one shipment.
The RA number can be obtained by

In
your email please stipulate the exact reason for returning a garment.
Reasons include:
- Do not like the item/changed my mind.
- The item does not fit/ I would like to exchange for another size. (Please list the size you do require and we can reserve that item).
- Item is faulty. I would like to return.
- Item is faulty. I would like to exchange.
- Other: (Please specify)
Once you have received your RA please take care to follow the instructions emailed to you and detailed below.
3. RA’s must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Tags
cannot be removed from the garment for
your RA to be processed and refunded.
LITTLE JOE Pty Ltd will not accept
returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. Upon
receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customer
should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to return. We
strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before
removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original
packaging.
5. We request that all goods are returned within 7 days of the date of your request for an RA.
Please
be aware that custom duties and sales taxes paid to receive the goods outside of
Australia may or may not be refunded when returning the item. Please check with
your local customs and government authorities.
Returns that do not meet
the five conditions as listed above will only be accepted at the discretion of
LITTLE JOE Pty Ltd.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING FAULTY ITEMS
Faulty items will only be accepted if:
1. Goods are delivered to the customer damaged due to handling. Please email/mail us a photograph of the condition of the package upon receipt.
2. Product flaw. This includes but not limited to: tear, stain, flaw in make, missing a belt etc. Please list the flaw on the copy of your return invoice and where it is located. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Exchanges for faulty items will be granted if the item is available and meets the required conditions. We will exchange faulty items for another item in the same size, subject to availability, or offer a refund if we do not have the replacement item you have requested.
Where possible items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with any guarantees.
Exchanges must meet the five conditions above listed under RETURNS PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS
Also please note:
- We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size or colour, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange, please email us your requested size/colour and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock.
- Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
- We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item. To purchase a different item you will be refunded the amount of the returned item and can purchase the new item as a new transaction. This transaction is considered a return and not an exchange.
- Exchanged items received outside of the time scales listed in the above mentioned conditions are also subject to product availability and the customer will incur all shipping costs for such exchanges unless product was exchanged due to a flaw in the garment/item. If this is the reason of your exchange please see the section titled RETURNING FAULTY ITEMS.
Receiving
a Refund
Refunds
will be made within 2-3 days of item being received at our offices, and the
return meets all five conditions as stipulated above. All undamaged,
correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit
card including sales taxes for all Australia shipments.
Please note your refund is only for the cost of the garment and excludes all shipping charges.
